Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped directly from Melbourne. As a local business, we prioritise getting your pet’s goodies to your door as quickly as possible.
How fast is shipping? We ship from Monday to Friday. We make every effort to ensure a fast, seamless transaction so your pet doesn't have to wait for their favorite treats.
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is dispatched from our Melbourne hub, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your "Poppy’s Kitchen" delivery right to your door.
